Vice President of Human Resources

 

The Role

The Vice President of Human Resources is a key member of the executive team at the Hospital and will be reporting directly to the President, CEO and supervise a staff of 10 employees. The incumbent will have responsibility and oversight for hospital-wide planning, development, and implementation of Human Resources and Organizational Development programs, including programs related to employee and labor relations, recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, training and development, customer service, cultural values and process improvement.  Develops and administers HR policies and procedures and ensures compliance with governmental regulations related to personnel management.

Human Resources Business Partner- Nurse Recruitment

The Role:

In this highly visible and interactive role you will work closely to build collegial, credible relationships within the nursing and HR hierarchy. Director of Employee Benefits

The Role

This candidate will provide leadership, strategic direction and establishes guiding principles in Benefits Strategy and Administration. Responsible for the operations of the Hospital's employee and retiree benefits programs, which includes life, health and disability insurance; retirement plans, worker compensation, FMLA/Disability Administration and tuition assistance. Ensures that plans are administered in compliance with Hospital policies as well as regulatory requirements including COBRA and ERISA. This position will report to the AVP, human Resources

Human Resources Business Partner

 

The Role

The H R Business Partner will be responsible for designing and implementing a human resource service for their respective business partner that responds to the future needs of this growing organization while meeting current realities. The H R Business Partner must establish the credibility to influence and monitor human resource standards and policies to maintain the integrity and strengthen the effectiveness of the whole delivery system. More broadly, this individual will be expected to seek out opportunities to improve – appropriately and affordably— Montefiore Medical Center’s support of its employees and to work collaboratively with HR Specialists in achieving business unit goals and strategies.
